A series of three informal drop in sessions on the psychology behind loneliness, allowing for debate and discussions throughout. You will gain an understanding about what loneliness is, how it affects us psychologically and ways to tackle it. We will be talking about how music, art, creativity and walking can play a role in establishing and maintaining positive mental health, and we will have some fun taking a light hearted look at how psychology can be applied to our everyday lives.
