Interactive family show based around creativity and learning hosted by Luton's Aaron Spendelow — for 4 to 10-year-olds.
This week's theme is TV and media!
- Learn how to make your own YouTube/TV show
- Get tips on presenting
- Find out how to use a green screen
- Learn how to create great lighting and edit your videos
And join Addie and Charity from Luton's The Basement Bunch* as they give you a quick session on how easy it is to create your own film from home!
What you will need:
- Sticky notes or small pieces of paper
- Pens
- Video recording device (phone, iPad, tablet, laptop etc.)— anything you can record video on. If you don’t have anything, not to worry — you can still join in using your amazing imagination :)
- Excitement to create stories!
PLUS Luton's Ozzlebox is back with a beatboxing quiz.

The Big Strum — ukulele community orchestra

Revoluton Arts in partnership with The Mix Luton present … The Big Strum — for all ages
Join Phil and Adam for weekly workshops in ukulele so that you can play like a pro!
This week: we look at adding melody to your chord playing, we revisit Lean On Me and try not to get wiped out with another tune.
Where to get a ukulele
We're working with and through local community groups to supply ukuleles to those that might not be able to afford it so contact info@revolutonarts.com if you have a group that you would like to nominate.
If you don’t have a ukulele you can still order and have delivered one from Chamberlain Music.

Dance Like a Pro with Bruce Carson
5pm–5.30pm | Zoom | Free
Street dance workshop led by Bruce Carson from street dance crew KNE — in partnership with the University of Bedfordshire — for 11+ years.
Keep fit and dance during lockdown with Bruce Carson, member of street dance crew KNE who were semi-finalists of Britain's Got Talent 2019! Bruce will teach you the dance styles and routes in breaking, street and contemporary.
This Thursday we'll be doing part two of Bruce's funky routine to Perm by Bruno Mars. We'll try to finish the routine this time – hope you've been practising at home!
This event runs on Zoom which is like a private virtual online 'room'. You'll all be able to see each other and Bruce can give you pointers on your technique. Or you can choose to have your camera switched off if you prefer.

Chilled spoken word hangout presented by young Luton spoken word artist, Sadface the Poet — for 14+ years
A time for self-expression through words led by Sadface the Poet.
This week featuring special guest Haneefah Mohammed, to inspire you to create your own work.
Each week we finish with a collaborative piece of prose so a brilliant opportunity to write with others too!

Laidback urban music show with music Q&As and local creatives hosted by young Luton music producer, rapper and guitarist Lavz.
This week we're joined by hip-hop producer Tristan Hehir for an interview as well as a live beat-making session, a Q&A on Lavz's track Run It hosted by Talarhur as well as round 4 of the Know Your Samples Quiz!
