Take a moment for reflection and remembrance every Friday afternoon to hear the soaraway sounds of virtuoso musicians from Luton-based Sinfonia Verdi.
This week join the UK's leading cellists Katherine Jenkinson & Nicholas Holland.
Katherine Jenkinson is recognised as one of the UK’s leading cellists specialising in solo and chamber music. The Independent newspaper recently praised her ‘[...] technical security backed up by rare musical sensitivity’. She has performed as recitalist and concerto soloist throughout Europe, In Africa, USA and Asia.
Nicholas Holland is in his twenty-second year of being a member of the ‘Balanescu Quartet’ with whom he tours the world, performing in such venues as Sydney Opera House, La Scala (Milan), QEH & Royal Festival Hall.
It's free and exclusively for Lutonians of all ages!
