Introducing Maya Pindar: Our New Senior Producer.
Maya Pindar joins Revoluton Arts as Senior Producer in February 2025.
Maya brings experience in participatory arts and a passionate commitment to creating inclusive and engaging experiences for communities. With a track record at organisations including the Donmar Warehouse, Stratford East and Frantic Assembly, Maya will be working on Revoluton Arts’ residency and partnership projects with Luton’s communities. Maya is Co-Deputy Chair of the Board at Blue Elephant Theatre in South London and was recognised as a Clore Emerging Leader in 2023.
Reflecting on her new role, Maya says:
“I am excited to join Revoluton Arts as Senior Producer to lead the organisation’s bold, community-driven arts programme. Having grown up in Bedford, I am excited to bring my skills and experience to the benefit of an organisation close to home that serves its local neighbourhood in Luton, in such a collaborative and intentional way.”
